This chassis was designed to be the centerpiece for the Racer pressure side cleaner, making it very important to the cleaning process. This chassis is the center housing unit in which the majority of the parts for the cleaner are attached to, meaning without it you basically would have a bunch of spare parts rattling around the inside of the cleaner. This part was also built to be lightweight preventing it from bogging down the cleaner to where it wont float which would affect the maneuverability of the cleaner and the cleaning process.

This chassis is black and has a round opening which the vacuum tube rests which is the unit that gives the cleaner the power to suck and pull up dirt, debris, and other forms of mulch off your pools surface, while then dispersing this debris into the debris bag leaving a crystal-clear look in its path.
