The turbine is white while the shaft that runs through the middle of it is made from stainless steel. The part is located below the swivel kit which you can gain access to by unbuckling the buckle kit which releases the top cover, exposing all the cleaners internals. The Lil Rebel Cannot be bought online as it is a trade-grade product that can only be bought at a local pool supply store, so we Do Not sell this cleaner on our website however, we do sell the parts.
