Pentair Kreepy Krauly SandShark Bumper with flex snaps (GW7902)

The bumper is a replacement part that was made by Pentair. The same high-quality materials were used to manufacture the original factory part. Making this a genuine OEM product.

The purpose of this part is literally in its name or title which is bumper, and it was designed specifically for this suction cleaner to be the outer protective layer that keeps the cleaner from taking any unnecessary damage that would occur while it operates.

This part is mainly white with a blue rubber strap that rests on its front side below the SandShark logo and can be found wrapped around the front end of the cleaner. It is attached by two flex snaps which lock it firmly into the front end but also allow the bumper to move up and down giving the cleaner the ability to move along the bottom of the surface with the help of the bristles that rest along its bottom side. Also, this makes the bumper easy to remove or replace as It does wear and deteriorate taking the brunt of the damage when hitting the walls or steps in the pool as the cleaner operates.
