Pentair FNS Plus Filters

Pentair designed these filters with curved grids to maximize the filtration area. The more filter area that you have the better the performance and longer periods between cleanings. The filter’s internal design has been refined by Pentair to minimize flow restrictions, ultimately meaning, it requires minimal pumping power to achieve the desired flow rate. This vertical grid D.E filter is made of fiberglass-reinforced polypropylene for the superior strength and reliability you are accustomed to.

Warranty

Products purchased from an Authorized Pentair Online Reseller (products beginning with EC-) receive a one (1) year (parts only) warranty from the dateof purchase. The exceptions are IntelliChlor cells and IntelliFlo SVRS pumps which receive a two (2) yearwarranty. EC products are not eligiblefor the bundled three (3) year extended warranty.

D.E. filters remove the tiniest of contaminantsparticles as small as 5 microns (an average grain of sand is 1,000 microns). Just like a sponge, water can pass through, but microscopic impurities like dirt, algae, and some forms of bacteria cant.
