This item plays a vital role in not only supplying the cleaner with the power to operate via the skimmer but also giving it the ability to reach across the entire pool as it cleans. To properly install the hose, you first want to attach it to theE-Z Vac. Secondly, continue to install each section of the hose until it reaches the furthest point of your pool. “Rule of thumb”you’ll need an extra 4 feet of length on top of this distance to ensure it can reach the entirety of the surface of the pool (including the walls). To make it easier when attaching the hoses, you should wet the ends of each hose in the pool and then twist and push the female end into the male end.

The male and female hose set comes in an aqua-like color. All hoses included add up to 32 feet in length so there will be enough hoses to reach across most pools. Also, there is ahose connectorthat has two female ends that are meant to be installed last. This is because these hoses were designed to connect to your pool vacuum connection.
