Pentair Racer Pressure Side Cleaner Gear Box Kit (360246)

The gear box kit is a replacement part that was made by Pentair from the same high-quality materials used to manufacture the original factory part making this a genuine OEM product.

This gear box was designed to be part of the cleaners maneuverability system as it is the mechanism that shuts the timer valve on or off when on the valve shuts down water flow to parts of the cleaner (via the water management system) and sends this high-pressure water to the parts needed to reverse the cleaner out of trouble areas like the steps, corners, and even large drain covers that rest on the bottom surface of the pool.

This part is gray and rests below the timer valve which is connected to the water management system which disperses high-pressure water throughout the cleaner and parts that needs the water to operate, however, these parts are a little difficult to reach as you will need to remove the wheels and outer layers of body cover to access them.
