This thrust jet is housed on the back end of the cleaner and helps propel and direct the pressure side cleaner. The thrust jet is the exit point of water that has gone through the water management system, which is a series of ports and gears that drive the cleaner around the pool in a random pattern while it sucks and pulls dirt and debris from its surface leaving behind a crystal clear look.

The part is dark grey as well as the o-ring and nut and again can be found on the rear end of the cleaner making it easy to identify for removal or replacement.
