Polaris Vac-Sweep 165 / 65 and Turbo Turtle Screw, Top, #10 x 5/16″ SS Sheet Metal, Pan Head (6-302-00)

The screw (pan head) is a replacement part made by Polaris. Making this a genuine OEM product.

This screw was designed to be one of two screws needed and their purpose is to hold the top of the cleaners head unit to the bottom body which both act as protective covers for the internals needed to power the unit.

This part is metallic and larger in size and length compared to the other screws needed for the cleaner. They are easy to identify as they can be located near the body bottom assembly and next to the sweep hose. As a tip of advice, we always recommend hand-tightening these screws because over-torquing them with a drill can damage or affect the surrounding parts.
