Polaris Vac-Sweep 360 / TR36P Base Weight (9-100-3005)

The base weight is a replacement part made by Polaris. It is an exact replica of the original factory part. It is made from the same material as well making it a genuine OEM product.

This weight was designed to be placed in the center of the cleaner. Its purpose is to keep the base weighed down so that way the cleaner will not rise to the top of your pool’s water surface. It also works in conjunction with the float which counterbalances this weight so that way the cleaners nose or front end stays upright. This allows the cleaner to be more effective during its cleaning routine.

This part is white and is shaped with a sort of curved edge so that way it can be placed directly behind the base assemblys feed tube, so it is easy to identify and replace if damaged or worn.
